Two of the eleven Q3 audits flagged compliance issues — both at the Vung Tau facility. Audit 09 found packaging-line moisture readings on Line 3 exceeded the contractual 0.6% threshold on 4 of 12 spot checks. Audit 11 found secondary effluent BOD averaged 38 mg/L against the 30 mg/L ceiling.
